the dining was absolutely nothing like my last visit, just one breakfast option and very limited menus, how could a fancy place do that? also, those bikes woudl ve been nicer if they were actually ridable. i expected some special treat since i was staying so long but obviously, that was too much to ask. just couldn’t give a better review.

great amenities but room issues lingered
The all-inclusive package was remarkable, providing a diverse selection of food that exceeded expectations! I truly enjoyed the gym, which had all the equipment I needed. Riding bikes around the picturesque trails was an unexpected highlight, especially with the delightful lake views that added to the experience.
Unfortunately, I faced some room issues that were not addressed promptly.

A fair review – pros and cons
The beachside service was impeccable, and the cycling trails through the resort offered a unique way to explore the lush surroundings
Some room issues took longer to resolve than expected, although they offered a complimentary late checkout as a gesture

Strongly recommend for a momentary pause
Serene beach, well-designed room, with excellent in-room dining options that made our stay enjoyable, and the fitness center provided all necessary equipment for a great workout, located just 15 km from the nearest airport.
Can’t fault anything about it.

The lagoon pool was a delightful retreat.
My experience was severely disappointing. The dining options have dwindled, and what used to be an impressive breakfast selection now offers only one mediocre choice. Additionally, the bikes were in terrible condition, making it frustrating to explore the resort.

The lagoon pool was a delightful retreat, complemented by fabulous beachside service from Paco. However, some room maintenance took a tad too long to address. Still, walking and biking around the beautifully kept property was a highlight, especially during our time at the beach.

Spectacular Cycling Trails and Exceptional Dining
Our stay was filled with unforgettable moments, especially thanks to the stunning cycling trails that made exploring the lush environment a delight. We absolutely loved dining at Casa Amate, where every dish was a culinary experience. The beach was serene and had plenty of available chairs, making relaxation easy. Although the rooms were well-designed, they are beginning to show some age and could benefit from a refresh.
